Gauge bugs

Two Program bugs:

1. User interface properties on gauge for min/max marker colors are reversed. Max should be red and min should be blue. (component program access works correctly however).

2. Component programmatic access to change the pointer color sets the pointer margin instead, with obvious results. Start the ComponentBug sequence and watch the fun.
