ryanjennings
I am trying to install express from a lab jack install cd. The auto play starts and I selected to install express, but after installing the driver the express install never starts. Any ideas on how to manually install express? I am wondering if it might be a Vista compatibility problem? Thanks for the help, Ryan
AzeoTech
This is actually a problem with the LabJack installer, not the DAQFactory installer. Its not starting the DAQFactory installer in the right mode for Vista. I thought they had this resolved, so either they didn't or you are using an older CD. Please go to www.azeotech.com/contactus.php and email us directly with about how long ago you got your LabJack. We'll be able to send you a way around it, and at the same time, if the CD is newer, we'll inform LabJack that they haven't resolved the problem. ryanjennings
I was using an old cd. Today I got another labjack. After trying that cd things work. Thanks for the help.
AzeoTech
Glad to hear it works, and glad to hear they got the CDs fixed. Note that the Express license is tied to the hardware, not the CD, so feel free to use the new CD with the old LabJack.
