borisone
I have just purchased the daqfactory-starter which is supposed to have the 44 screen components for use with my labjack-U12. However I can only access the most basic components and the other objects are not available - gauges etc. Advise please? Cheers Steve
AzeoTech
What release of DAQFactory are you running? Go to Help - About.

AzeoTech
Try going to www.azeotech.com/daqfactory.exe and downloading that update, overwriting the existing copy in your DAQFactory directory. I know we fixed this, but I thought it was in the latest main download, but perhaps its not. The link I just gave you is the absolute latest build. borisone
That appears to have fixed it - the components are now available. Many thanks for your quick response. Steve
borisone
In the starter edition under view - is the 'LabJack and DAQFactory guide' disabled? Cheers Steve
AzeoTech
Its only available from DAQFactory Express. However you can get to the PDF version from the Start menu.

AzeoTech
Well, if you want to have even more fun, try DAQConnect (www.daqconnect.com). Then you can see your data on custom screens from anywhere with a web browser (or iPhone). We're going to have a free account version available in a few weeks, but for now you can just sign up for the 21 day trial and the free version will be available before it expires. Setting it up is as easy as checking a box in the channel table.
