Events for grouped objects

Groups of objects cannot have events associated, so events must be attached to individual objects in the group. Drilling into the group without ungrouping is allowed for the short properties dialog (you can Right-Click on a grouped object and get the Properties dialog), but the corresponding functionality for events doesn't exist. You have to ungroup, edit the event, and regroup (which you may forget to do, or selecting the objects for the regroup may be tedious or difficult).

Request: add the ability to edit events attached to grouped objects without first ungrouping.

This is technically fixed in 5.90 since you can select individual components, even ones in a group from the workspace.  I'm not sure what you mean by events, as groups do have events: view -> Events.
