hschir Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 The help file for the symbols menu says; "At the top is a drop down menu allowing you to select from the public symbol categories," But I don't see any categories, and I also don't see a way of naming a user category - otherwise it will end up a mess ? AzeoTech Posted April 14, 2012 Share Posted April 14, 2012 There is no symbol library and at present you can't categorize your own symbols. I definitely recommend putting your static content as a single background image, rather than trying to assemble the page in DAQConnect. Among other reasons, this is because a single large image will load a lot faster than a bunch of small ones. Its important to remember that DAQConnect is not "DAQFactory on the web". As a web app that is powered in javascript, it is a very different product with much more limited capabilities, and different issues to think about (such as page load speed).
