Starkstrom256256
Azeotech, This may not even be within the scope of DAQFactory, but I have been asked if it is possible to use a remote device such as an iPAD (or similar) to interface with DAQFactory. Our application is that we have a PanelPC built into the infrastructure of the building - and a few queries have arisen asking if it is possible to use an iPAD the same way you would use a remote control for your TV at home?? Maybe not the full control as offered by the PanelPC; but just to view a few parameters and maybe control a few I/O points.
AzeoTech
Actually, you can do it now, but you'll need to couple your DAQFactory with the DAQConnect service. This will get your stuff on the web and then you can access it from the iPad's browser. Please see www.daqconnect.com for more detail, but feel free to post questions here.
