Bugfix Upgrade Of Starter?

Hiya

I currently have installed:

DAQFactory Starter Release 5.87a Build 2018

Not changed other than a bugfix from when I originally installed it.

How do I safely upgrade the installation while still remaining as

a starter version and not losing my license information since there

have been many bugfixes since??

Upgrading is simply a matter of installing the new version right over top of the old one. Don't uninstall or delete anything first. The licensing will remain.

Did that now have unusable installation.

Getting the error:

The ordinal 8 could not be located in the dynamic link library DAQConnector.dll

There were no errors reported during installation.

Help required please.
