Expansion of Script Dump

First, I'd like script dumps to include some identifiable header information (say CTL filename, a dump timestamp, and maybe a comment entered by the user during the file save.  I typically end up doing this anyway.

Second, include in the dump expressions in symbol components and any other areas that aren't strictly sequences.  I'd like to be able to use the dump as a cross reference to see every place a given tag has been used in the app.
