gse
The version 5 of DAQFactory for Labjack is much better equiped for our system. We are having one more small problem. We have a couple of XY graphs on our pages and the scales are defaulting to specific mins and maxes. We have set up our own limits in the properties of the graph with the corresponding axes. We have also tried using the freeze and thaw functions. Is there another aspect to scaling the graphs that we are unaware of or is there a certain combination of settings that will allow us to create our own scale? AzeoTech
If your axes are thawed, the graph should use the Scale From and Scale To values specified in the properties. But, until you have data in the graph, the scale might not display exactly these values. Once you have two data points, the scale should pop into the correct value. One other thing to watch out for is to make sure the bottom axis is set to Lin (Linear) and not Date/Time (the default) when creating an XY graph. Also, make sure the bottom axis doesn't have Use Time Width checked (also the default.)
