AzeoTech Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 The best way is to use the OnAlert system event. Its described in the help under sequences->system events. This event gets triggered every time a new alert occurs and then you can do whatever you want with the alert. The system event is a sequence named exactly "OnAlert".
