I also wish to communicate with an old serial-GPIB converter, I realise that I will have to create my own protocol - is it possible to communicate with both devices simultaneously using the one program? AzeoTech Posted June 18, 2009 Share Posted June 18, 2009 Certainly. Just add a serial/ethernet device to your existing app and create more channels. You'll likely have to do some basic scripting to communicate with the device. The serial/ethernet guide will get you started, though I recommend staying away from creating a custom protocol and just write the script in a sequence.
