Runtime Activation Problem

We have a customer in the field with a run time activation that is not working. We activated the run time on the computer at our office with a run time key and then shipped the computer to the customer with the activated DAQFactory and our control file. It worked for a while but now it is saying that the demo has expired. They do not have an internet connection so we did a manual unlock over the phone. The activation pop-up said it was activated but the expired demo notice came up directly after that asking for the software to be activated again.

There was probably some system change that triggered the problem, or depending on your version, a second copy of DAQFactory running in the background. It also won't relicense if there are two copies of DAQFactory running at the same time. So, first step is to reboot to ensure that a second copy isn't running, then try and relicense using your original key.
