Generating Graph From A Sequence

Hello,

I am logging data for multiolple runs of an experiment. I want to do 3 runs for each condition, and i want to be able to make grpahs for each run. So ifI have 6 different conditions I want to have 18 graphs. My problem is I do not know how to write the script that will generate a graph and save it to a file. The data for this graph is being logged, and saved to a csv file.

I don't know how far you are. Have you created channels to read your inputs? You can then graph that channel very easily, as shown in the guided tour. When you are done with a run, the easiest thing to do is simply put the system in Safe mode (File - Switch To Safe Mode), right click on the graph and select Export / Print. Then, take the system out of safe mode to start your next run.
