afav Posted September 25, 2013 Share Posted September 25, 2013 I have just upgraded to DAQ Factory version 5.90. I am having trouble when I open a program that I created in a previous version of DAQ factory, where DAQ Factory 5.90 shuts down unexpectedly. The only way I can stop this from happening is to open the file in ‘safe mode.’ I believe the issue is with an unconnected Labjack that is set-up for a number of ‘channels.’ In the previous version, an error would just repeat in the ‘Command/Alert’ window indicating that the relevant Labjack could not be found, which was preferable. If after a few minutes, then download 5.90.5 which we just (a few minutes ago) posted. That fixes an issue if you have too many alerts.
