cadcoke5
I have a script that I realize should be split into two separate scripts. Then, for its title to make sense, I should also rename the one I first created. The challenge is getting all the references to that script also renamed. I know I can do a search and replace while I am editing one script, but that does not search in other scripts, or in screen elements. I realize I can export a .scr file to allow me to search there, so that I can hunt them down in DAQFactory. But is there a way to rename a script in DAQFactory, and also rename any other code that refers to the script? I.e. a global search and replace? -Joe
AzeoTech
Unfortunately, at this point, no. Using the .src file is your best bet, but it still requires manual changing. Fortunately, its pretty easy to correlate the .src file with the actual script in the document.
