RLidster Posted June 4, 2015 Share Posted June 4, 2015 Hi There, Sorry if this is a basic question i had a look through the file functions in the user guide but i don't think i found what i was looking for... (or maybe i did but i don't know it!) Is there a way to trigger the opening of an text file from DAQ factory, but, it just opens in the computers default txt viewing browser e.g. notepad. Purely for inspection purposes. I tried using some code on the forum to import the text from the file into an multi-line edit box. This works nicely when the text file is small but seems to really struggle as the file gets larger. any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
