norrback
Hi I have bulit a measuring tool where i turn a shaft an measure rotation by an encoder an measuring the runout of the shaft with an linear gauge. I have succesfully created an array every degree or 1/2 degree or even more dens measurements from linear gauge and with the degree from encoder. An array with 360 to 3600 rows and 2 columns (+time) depending on resolution logged. Now i'm struggling to get this into an ascii file for further analysis in other software. What's the most convenient method to get this array to a text file, for use in minitab, excel, graphing software eg. /Andre'
AzeoTech
If you are saving the data after taking it, use an export set, or simply write some basic script using File.Open(), File.WriteDelim() and File.Close().
