I have downloaded the trail version and would like to communicate with an Omron CJ2M. I have no idea on the protocol and was hoping someone with better knowledge could help out. It looks like all of the serial CJ communication units support Modbus which would be easy to use with DAQFactory. The other boards are ethernet based and use Devicenet, Ethernet/IP or Profibus which would require an OPC server or protocol converter. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
