Alternate State Button

Is there a Button or a way to customize a Button to provide Click - Button goes down and stays until next Click, when it pops up.

Would like Text and BackColor options associated with Up/Down state.

There are a couple ways to do this, but first, do you have a variable or channel that this is associated with?  One that is, say, 0 when the button should be up, and 1 when it is down, and clicking the button toggles it?  If you do, and you are on release 20+, then you can do this with the LabelMultiText, BackMultiBrush and BorderMultiBrush.
